Job Description / Responsibility
- Promote and sell AS Care’s existing surgical items and medical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
- Generate new orders for surgical tools, medical disposables, and other healthcare solutions.
- Identify potential customers, doctors, and purchase managers who may benefit from AS Care’s products.
- Understand healthcare client requirements and recommend appropriate surgical equipment or medical solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, hospital visits, product demonstrations, and business discussions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, proposals, and commercial discussions.
- Negotiate with institutional clients and support the sales process from initial contact to order delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, procurement teams, and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for product upgrades, volume orders, and additional distribution channels.
- Generate leads through hospital visits, pharmacy networking, medical conferences, phone calls, and referrals.
- Research potential clinical clients and maintain a structured prospect database.
- Monitor healthcare market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Experience in surgical items, medical equipment, hospital supply sales, or pharmaceutical sales is mandatory.
- Candidates with a proven track record of generating leads in the healthcare sector and converting them into institutional customers will receive preference.
- Basic understanding of hospital procurement processes, surgical product lines, or clinical applications will be an advantage.
